Having tried dozens of other things, I can say that is the Nearest Thing to Sen-Sens currently available!

The size is similar, although the form is different. The flavor is, of course, different, but less so than EVERYTHING ELSE I've tried. And I've tried most everything I could find.

So. Yes, the evil company that discontinued Sen-Sens should be rounded up and sent to Gitmo. Or farther, if possible. I mean ... what sort of jerk discontinues a long-beloved American tradition? But Nipits are here and they are definitely worthwhile. Buy a stash of Nipits before they get consumed by some jerk corporation that will discontinue them because they are so great!

While these are good if you really like REAL licorice and no sugar at all; however they gave me horrible intestinal issues so I did some research and discovered that licorice can actually be fatal if you eat too much too often and can cause the issues I had so I'm staying away from it because this is not the first time this has happened to me. Beware of this issue!

These are perfect to have on hand if you ever have a tickle in your throat. I have continual sinus issues and have been getting allergy shots for 4 years. Let one dissolve in your mouth and the tickle quickly stops. It will sooth your throat. I keep them in my purse. Wouldn't be without them.

Came when expected and my boyfriend likes them very much--was looking for a candy similar to Sen-Sen and this was recommended. He thinks they have a similar if not exact taste and enjoys them very much.

These are exactly what I was looking for: 100% licorice- nothing else- in tiny pellets. The brand I used to buy in my local co-op is no longer available. One taste and I knew I had found the replacement!
These are NOT filled with sugar, corn syrup or wheat like all the artificial licorice is.
Thank you, I'll be a return customer.

Perfect. When they were around I loved Sen Sen. I like Nipits better, nice texture, pure licorice flavor, and instead of ab envelope a neat tin with a dispenser inner lid. My wife who prefers sweetened licorice stilk finds these very palitable. Try them. And the merchant is also awesome.

Taste fine but I was hoping for a replacement for Meloids (the magical lozenge for singers). These pellets are small and don't do much to soothe when my throat is scratchy or I have a cough, phlegm etc..

I bought this because I was looking for something licorice with no sugar. When I opened it I was surprised by how tiny each piece is, but after the first one, I realized that the size doesn't matter in this case. For such a tiny thing it lasts a very long time, around 7-8 minutes. Highly recommended.

During a discussion at work the other day regarding old fashioned sweets I mentioned 'imps' not that many people could remember them and so a quick google search found these at a great price so I purchased them to share at work.
They arrived quickly and well packaged, and taste exactly as I remember they did, but I must admit I am not sure everyone at work will like them as they are either a love or hate item.

Flavour isn't that great, I prefer stronger tasting liquorice. Main issue I had though was that I was expecting a tin with 100 grams in it, not a third of it. It is written all over the product page that it contains 100g (at the top, price per 100g, and further down, at product weight). Not ok! It's only a couple of quid but was just disappointed when I got it in the post. And the reply from the sellers was something along the line with "you're not missing out, because we're not making any money on it either." ?!

I bought this item as the nearest thing to the old 'Imps' and ok, maybe it is the nearest thing, but but it ain't the same. For a start they're sort of scrunchy and not chewy and the flavour is nowhere near as potent and long-lasting as the old 'Imps' Tried them out on the horses too who used to love 'Imps,' but they were singularly unimpressed. Nice tin tho'.

I love the item. The pellets are not as big as shown in the pictures. However I will be ordering more - the liquorice taste lingers after. Similar to pellets I used to have when I was little but they were slightly bigger.
