My buddies and I (we're all 30 years old) were planning on laning Quake because it was a good game. I needed to get something to sip, and as a man of culture and having a sophisticated palette, I thought I'd try something new.

This product markets itself as an alternative to the energy drink Monster Zero Ultra. While the initial sip is quite similar, there's a lingering sweetness to this that Ultra Zero doesn't have. The bouquet is similar to Mountain Dew whiteout - a sweet citris finish. The texture is more muted too, there's less of a carbonated kick, and it drinks more like a juice.

Not a bad sip at all, but the sweetness is a bit much. It may grow on me, however. Overall, I'm going to give this an 8.37 out of 10. Your mileage may vary. Definitely worth a buy.

I tried the Silver flavor as I'm a fan of the White and Blue Monster Ultra energy drinks. First, to start with the energy boost, it is extremely comparable to Monster Ultra. If you're looking for a different flavor of the same type of energy drink, this is a perfect replacement.

For the flavor, it has a comparable taste to the Monster Ultra energy drinks, except a little less sweet. The silver flavor I can best describe as a a melted orange popsicle sweetened with artificial sweeteners. It has a less natural taste than the Monster Ultra drinks and has a lingering aftertaste that is... not great. The artificial sweeteners really pull through at the end which is why I couldn't rate it five stars. It is certainly sweet, but not as sickly sweet as the Ulta flavors. If you like the Monster Ultra flavors, you'll definitely like these, especially if you think that the Ultra flavors are a little on the sweet side.

Overall these are a great, cheaper alternative to the Monster Ultra drinks. If you're looking for another low carb and low cal energy drink and don't mind a little artificial aftertaste then these are a perfect match for you.

If you need to be seen with your morning Monster or your afternoon Red Bull, this isn't for you. This is subtle. This is a whisper of an energy drink. But this is an alternative. If you don't need to support NASCAR or the latest skateboarder and you're sick of spending three bucks every time you drive by the gas station just to fuel yourself, getting a big pack of Solimo is *just as good*. Well, the taste isn't QUITE as good - there's still a bit of artificial in there, but with no sugar and low carbs, its a great alternative for those cutting down or even going keto. It gives me the same boost as a Monster, Red Bull, Rockstar, Reign or whatever. It just has a subtle silver can. Well worth trying.

Being a Senior, age wise, this is the first time I decided to try an energy booster, and following all of the very positive reviews, I've wound up buying this product, and it certainly does provide a large boost of energy, and mindful of the high concentration of caffeine, I think it would be a good idea to avoid consuming any time around sleep time, unless, content with staying awake all night with a good book ? I would have given a full 5 star rating, except for one of my pet peeves with Amazon, who, not too often, but , as in this case, fail to identify the name and location, (city, state or country ?) where this product is manufactured, not the location of the selling or shipping points, but the origin location of manufacturing. Food or drink items sold on Amazon, such as this product, all to frequently, hide, important information regarding where products, (especially food and drink products) are made, and I take keen exception to Amazon hawking products, with information they deliberately conceal !!!

Long time energy drink fan - I don't like Red Bull, but I've done most of the Monsters and Rockstars and I'm always looking for new ones to try. This one is quite literally my new favorite - it is a lot like Monster Zero (the one in the white cans), but has a hint of another flavor that I like (maybe a bit coconut-like, ever-so-slightly). Either way, it tastes great and for $25-30/case, you can't go wrong - stop spending $2/can in the store and buy a case of these and get it delivery directly to your house. you won't be disappointed and if you are... sorry, but our tastes do not concur. Solimo seems to be a solid brand with some good products.

I have been an energy drink fan for a while and have always preferred Monster over most as far as taste and price is concerned, although their price is not great. I have been looking for a somewhat cheaper and "on par" taste to them and have found it in Solimo. Definitely going to be a recurring customer as long as the price doesn't go crazy!

This is a really good attempt from Amazon on an energy drink. It is very close to the taste of a Monster Ultra White, but with a few small differences.

1. The carbonation is much less
2. There is a hint of pineapple after you take a drink
3. The caffeine is a little bit strong to me. (yes I know this sounds strange, try it and you will understand)
4. It doesn't taste like it gets as cold. Trying a Monster Ultra vs this, it's strange. It just doesn't taste as cold as the Monster. Not a deal breaker, just something I noticed.

So far I would say that is definitely worth the price and the taste is good. I will absolutely buy from now on instead.
For about 2/3 the cost of a the competitors, I think it's worth it for my money.
